Welcome To Your Own Food Truck Business!

Food trucks are finding their way in the food industry. They can be found at various festivals, events, and even as a permanent business.

You and your team will start your own food truck, we start from scratch. We are going to write a business plan, menu and of course design our own truck!

What the project consists of:

The project consists of 3 parts.

• – The business plan. This is where you start your business. You come up with a name, design a logo, and start with the design of the truck. You will also be asked to think about the problems you may encounter during the process.
• – The menu. There’s nothing more important than a good menu. You decide what will be on the menu. You will eventually have to take orders from other students. Get ready for a life as a chef in a food truck.
• – Food Truck. At the end of the project, you will design your own food truck. Indeed! You make your own food truck in 3D. You can make it exactly the way you want.

Duration
The project will take approximately 2 weeks.

The project can be offered in English, Dutch or in a combination of these.
